Event liability insurance
What is insurance for events?
The organisation of events is a complex activity that requires the coordination of numerous factors: venue hire, participant management, supplier contracting and much more. All these factors are common to most events.
In principle, any type of event can be insured.

One of the main responsibilities of the professionals involved in these activities is undoubtedly the safety of the participants.
In the organisation and development of an event, there are many risk factors: the concentration of people, the transport and assembly of material, the development of the event itself…
To cover these possible risks, the organisers (specialised companies, advertising agencies or freelancers) must take out insurance to cover at least civil liability, accidents and assistance.
It is in this context that event insurance was conceived, the aim of which is to protect, with a single policy, the assets of the company and its managers, as they have to meet the claims of injured parties in the event of an accident.
What could happen?
